active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contract position is
available for a Physical Therapist providing one-on-one care to a
middle school student with a traumatic brain injury. This role is
based in Hayward, CA, with services rendered approximately 1-2
hours per month during the contract school year. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver personalized physical therapy
interventions tailored to the specific needs of a middle school
student with a traumatic brain injury. Collaborate closely with
educational and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and
support student progress. Monitor and document therapy outcomes,
adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet therapeutic goals.
Maintain compliance with school and healthcare regulations
throughout service delivery. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
license suitable for school-based therapy. Experience supporting
pediatric populations, preferably in a middle school or educational
environment. Knowledge of trauma-related neurological conditions
and appropriate rehabilitation strategies. Strong communication
skills for effective coordination with school staff, families, and
healthcare providers. Location: Hayward, CA (Services provided in
