Oh, and a few particulars for this role:
We are looking for an energetic, process driven, and detail-oriented Sales Systems and Tools Manager to join the Signifyd Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, operations, and administration of the systems and tools for our Global Sales organization, with a primary focus on Salesforce. In addition to supporting the technology, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, representing Sales, where appropriate, from a business and process perspective.Responsibilities

  • Provide administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include: customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, permission sets, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, alerts, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Manage other Sales systems and tools to optimize sales productivity, enablement, and efficiency
  • Recommend and participate in the design and implementation of standards, processes, policy, and methodologies
  • Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other supported integrated platforms; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure and maintain data integrity through reinforcement of sales processes, data improvement projects, and ongoing data clean up
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define and optimize processes, and help drive process improvements to meet business operation needs in Salesforce and other tools
  • Responsible for design and implementation within the scope of a business applications project, managing delivery according to the dates and milestones established
  • Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training and ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Activate, train, maintain, support and deactivate users with the appropriate access and data controls
  • Create and update application, process, policy and training documentation
  • Help design and implement reports and dashboards in Salesforce to deliver actionable data to sales teams, at both the management and rep level
  • Partner with Cross Functional Stakeholders (Implementations, Finance, Risk Ops) to ensure consistency and transparency with the key performance metrics for Sales reporting
  • Perform ad hoc analytical projects as identified by Sales Operations managementRequirements
    • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or Advanced Administrator required
    • BA/BS in relevant field
    • 5+ years of experience supporting Sales from a systems and business perspective and/or SFDC administration experience in relevant enterprise technology
    • Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce.com. Lightning experience a plus.
    • Experience with other sales and marketing tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach, Chorus, Gong, LeanData, Drift, Marketo, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to represent Sales in driving cross-functionally initiatives and projects
    • Strong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
    • Proven track record retrieving and analyzing data; advanced Excel skills required (Macro, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker highly desirable.
    • Strong business analysis and functional experience
    • Must be extremely detail oriented, highly organized, and able to be effective in an ambiguous environment
