A Sales Analyst will be responsible for end to end Sales data (leads, accounts, opportunities, etc.) governance which involves auditing accounts, researching and enriching accounts, developing rules of engagement, adjudicating sales escalations, designing and automating operating sales processes, and training sales reps on standard workflow process.
--- Responsible for sales data enrichment (ongoing account maintenance)
--- Complete sales conflict analysis to ensure compliance with the Sales Rules of Engagement
--- Support Sales Team by tracking, investigating and reporting key account information
--- Perform account data quality analysis and communicate findings to Sales Management
--- Responsible for researching industry information for accurate sales territory assignment
--- Address questions from the Sales Teams related to data management and rules of engagement
--- Responsible for sales escalations that require in-depth research
--- Collaborate with multiple departments and/or lead projects including process improvements and system enhancements
--- Serve as subject matter expert on geo/industry coverage model
--- Responsible for supporting and participating in new hire training
--- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): None
Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience in Sales Operations; or equivalent of education and experience
