Position Details:

--- Title: Sales Representative
--- Location: In/Around San Jose, CA
--- Shift: Monday-Friday Day Shifts
--- Compensation: $80-85,000 + 10% via commission and bonus. A vehicle allowance is provided at $1,000 per month.
--- Benefits: 401K, MED/DEN/VIS
--- Travel: Expect 2-3 overnights of travel per month
--- Relocation package: a relocation package is approved for this role.

Position Description:
As a Sales Representative you will continue the territory sales growth through sales calls, service, and training support throughout the market with existing and new customers. The current territory consists of WA, OR, ID, MT. The sales representative will reside in/around Seattle, WA metropolitan area.

What you'll be contributing:
--- Service and support existing customer base (national partners, dealers, and contractors)
--- Expand and grow product sales within existing customer base.
--- Cultivate new customers and end users.
--- Support aggressive plan to promote company products in the market.
--- Present/facilitate industry certified training presentations.
--- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations in classroom and job site settings.

Requirements:
--- Sales experience is a plus (construction or hardscape products) or aptitude via Military Experience
--- Bilingual Spanish - English is a must.
--- Demonstrated public speaking skills to audiences of 25-35+ attendees.
--- Valid license, insurance, clean driving record and a US Passport or ability to obtain US Passport
--- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds of equipment/product and be willing to occasionally work in field like conditions when speaking with/demonstrating products to clients.
