Analytics team (business-to-business) is seeking a B2B Strategy &
Ops Manager who will bolster our multi-platform analytics
environment. By partnering with executive and sales leadership,
your insights will guide sales data strategy for solutions at the
very heart of the future of field analytics team. You will employ
strategic data-driven methods and work with data science & data
engineering teams to support our strategic direction and drive
growth. We are looking for candidate with strong business sense to
join our Analytics team! Field Analytics is an exciting and
fast-growing space that needs the right candidate to drive deep
insights and generate value for its distributed team members. Your
background is the right mix of deep operational and storytelling,
which will be leveraged to mine large volumes of data and uncover
significant findings that will have high impact for the business.
In this role, you will also unlock the best data solutions to drive
Global Sales Analytics Strategy and support the entire growth
funnel from acquisition to conversion. You will dig deep into
multiple reports, analyze trends, and share them with
collaborators. You will craft robust data products & solutions to
help you and your business partners scale efficiently. What You'll
Do
- Develop a deep expertise and understanding of Adobe's Field
Operations, Marketing Ops, and Data Tools like Salesforce,
Gainsight etc.
- Implement source code versioning, standard methodology tools,
and processes for ensuring data quality.
- Collaborate with product management, demand generation and
sales to assemble requirements and integrate internal systems to
centralize reporting on key performance indicators across regional
Sales Operations.
- Find opportunities to accelerate businesses through unlocking
new revenue streams or improving operational efficiency
- We collaborate with Analytics and Ops teams to understand
trends in the business and develop insights that translate into
significant recommendations for growth.
- Demonstrable experience using structured, focused approaches to
solving technical, data, and logical problems
- Exemplify and influence a data driven culture and solutions
that aligns with Sales Strategy & OperationsWhat You'll Need to
Succeed
- Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating
between December 2023 - June 2024
- 1-2 years related work experience in Sales, Sales Operations,
Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market or interlinked functions, ideally in
the software industry
- Business-savvy teammate who can think out of the box, with a
keen ability for switch between tactical execution to critical
thinking!
- Proven track record of leading multi-functional teams to
implement sophisticated product strategy and delivering to complex
set of objectives.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving
skills
- Confirmed ability to operate optimally and autonomously in
situations of acute ambiguity, with only high-level direction.Our
compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S.
geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined
markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $73,900 -- $167,100
annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also
depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your

job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles
starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC =
base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of
sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are
expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form
of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may
be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire
