What You'll Do
As a member of our Samsung Semiconductor Sales Team you will be a
key part of our focus on managing the business relationships
between Samsung and our premiere clients headquartered in North
America. The critical delivery of key custom parts and electronic
components is a pivotal piece of the supply chain defines the
symbiotic relationship between us and our clients. Exceeding
customer expectations every day is the goal that drives our success
as a highly motivated Sales Team.
Location: This role will be in San Jose, CA where you will be
working onsite at least 3 days a week

Reports to: Associate Manager, Sales Operations
Support sales representatives, HQ and customers-answer questions,
resolve issues.
Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting
orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product
is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.
Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customer
and Samsung's credit department.
Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand
Planning system.
Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
Manage sample requests.
Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP.
Prepare and provide reports to management.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
BA/BS degree is preferred
2-5 Year of experience in Sales Operations and SAP
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Proficient Excel, Outlook, Word.
Experience in Sales Operations
Experience in SAP
Fluent Written/Verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and people skills.

all US locations and job function is displayed below. Within the
base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of
factors-including the role's function and location as well as the
individual's knowledge, skills, experience, education and training.
This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual
bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life
well
Base Pay Range
$55,440-$112,000 USD
