working with our sales team to follow up on incoming leads and to
schedule appointments, field questions, follow up on inquiries,
send out information packages, and assist in maintaining the
company client database. - The primary outcome of your role is to
secure at least 30-35 - -qualified appointments per month that sit

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads that have come in for a discovery or
evaluation, following the company's lead follow-up process to
qualify them, classify their interest, and route them to the right
"next step" in our process. - Also update their information in CRM
and ultimately schedule an appointment where appropriate.
- Make 30+ outbound calls per day to follow up on various
marketing campaigns we've sent out to prospects; to schedule a
consultation and to call on leads that are waiting to schedule an
appointment.
- Call and confirm appointments to reduce no-shows.
- Assist clients that request to reschedule or cancel or who
no-show for their appointments.
- Update all records in CRM with complete information. - This
includes keeping records of conversations, emails, and the status
of leads in our system. - We run multiple offers/campaigns at once,
requiring knowledge of those offers and the following of that
process.
- Use the company's database and online platforms to find
prospects and set appointments for "discovery calls."
- Assist in any manner possible at our virtual and live events
which may include working a table, customer service, and production
of the event. -
- Grow in personal and professional development of sales
strategy, technique, scripts, and client engagement. -

- Be a careful understudy of the sales/marketing team and learn
all products, price points, and promotions so you can assist in
closing sales. This will require a detailed knowledge of all
products, including sponsorship projects, webinars, speaking
engagements, etc.Skills and Qualifications:
- Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized. - In
this role, updating all fields in our database is critical for flow
and process. -
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to independently work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and navigate
digital software.It is preferred that you're located in the Bay

- At least one year's experience in a successful inside sales
position, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-customer
environment. -
