Position Responsibilities:
You will work alongside key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing,
Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, etc.), and you'll
directly see and feel the tangible value of your work on our team
to drive company growth and efficiency. This role will focus on
project management and GTM application administration for projects
that improve and sustain our GTM team's case, phone, and
integration systems.
Through your experience in this role you will develop a deep
understanding of the OpenGov business (Integrations, data flows,
data integrity and reporting). A successful candidate in this role
will use this information to provide insights and suggestions to
the GTM organization regarding improvements that can be made to
systems, processes, integrations, etc. Then, in cases where changes
are made, you will then set up reporting and analysis to measure
and report on the effectiveness of the change(s).
A typical work week might comprise of:
60% GTM Systems Administration
* Enable business partners to self-service their data needs through
documentation and template reports/dashboards* Create streamlined
workflows to drive quality and ease of use by simplifying page
layouts, reports, and dashboards * Serve as lead on enhancements
within Salesforce (contacts, systems, and mass data at the account
and contact level)* Be the "clicks not code" in GTM Systems,
mantra, but know when code is the right approach 40% Strategic
Projects and Analysis
* Lead projects that improve day-to-day operations and long-term
strategy for GTM systems (Outreach, Zuora, Mixmax, Mavenlink,
Marketo, Gong, Leadlander, Govwin, Gainsight, etc.)* Conduct
analysis on GTM systems and process to provide insights on overall
performance* Suggest improvements to GTM systems and processes to
improve overall performance, user experience and drive operational
efficiency* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with
business partners as we analyze and prioritize business needs*
Employ superb written and meeting skills to quickly resolve
discovered issues or perceived bottlenecks* Be the source of truth
for project status and work to make overall progress (or lack
thereof) transparent* Ensure successful adoption with the right
amount of documentation for the current and future state of
business processes* Set up reporting and analysis to validate the
effectiveness of changes made and report this to management teams*
Additional Professional Development * Find the intersection between
your personal development interests and our business needs to
identify side projects* Grow your skills by completing classes from
Linkedin Learning* Stay proficient in our internal Salesforce and
Data Infrastructure ecosystems
Role Requirements:
* 1+ year of work experience, preferably in a Saas organization*
Relevant Salesforce Admin certifications are a plus* Examples of
Salesforce administration/configuration work for example workflow
rules, process builder, reporting, etc.* Presentation, meeting
planning, and communication experience across various audiences
(in-team, cross-team, executive, etc.)* Experience with a CRM
(Salesforce, SugarCRM, SAP) is a plus, Salesforce PreferredWhat
