Hours: This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our
8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am -
5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work

Vegas, NV 89128.
If you are located within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV, you will have
the flexibility to telecommute as you take on some tough
- Responsible for completing requests for the Concierge
Appointment Assistance Program
- Responsible for ongoing communication with Nevada providers to
facilitate the provider availability report
- Provide assistance with building the Nevada Network
- Facilitate credentialing process for Nevada and Nationwide
- Completion of data entry into database management
- Assist with provider claims and billing issues

- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or 2+ years of customer
service experience assisting members and providers
- 1+ years of customer service experience assisting members and
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word (creating,
editing, saving, formatting), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save
documents and spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (email and
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Nevada residents is
$20.00 to $35.53. Pay is based on several factors including but not
limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
