Position Summary:Responsibilities include all estimating & sales in a specific territory or market segment. Work order generation, job layout, quality control, customer service, and billing accuracy are key components to the position. Structure: Full Time, Exempt Position. Must be available for occasional after-hours eventsQualifications: ISA Certified ArboristCertified in CPR/First Aid, annually;California driver's license with good DMV record;Posses clean driving history and valid driver's licenseRoles and Responsibilities: Responsible for sales goals in an assigned territory or market Responsible in providing quotes/estimates for services provided by the company Responsible for generating accurate work ordersPosses the ability to show and describe the job to the assigned foreman before the work begins.Responsible in the quality of work being performed on his/her job siteResponsible in assuring the customer's satisfactionSkills & Abilities:Attention to detail is critical to maintain high quality of care. Solid communication skills in order to complete paperwork and communicate with clients Ability to work independently and within a team environment Comprehensive knowledge in arboricultural understandingProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applicationsExperienced in Netsuite Metrics for Achievement:Tangible Measurements of SuccessSales and margin goals are met.Work orders are to be filled out in a way that operations can schedule and complete the scope of work while satisfying the customer expectations.
