for the long-term success of our manufacturers.As a Sales Manager,
you are responsible for leading large, complex sales engagements
across our portfolio of Omni solutions to our existing and new
Retail clients and partners, and for expanding the Omni solution
and Consumer business across this client sector. This role will
focus on implementing commercial strategies to renew and achieve
new business, building meaningful client relationships, and
ultimately closing deals.The successful candidate will join a team
of 30+ high performing and high energy associates. This fast-paced
team is excited to have a new member join our group to build on the
momentum we have established and deliver against lofty but
attainable growth goals.Responsibilities IncludeAchieving sales
quota consistent with NielsenIQ margin goals and delivery
expectationsGenerate sales leads and maintain a pipeline of sales
opportunities across a portfolio of manufacturer clients consistent
with Nielsen IQ Omni growth strategyAccurately forecasting the
sales pipeline, areas of growth, areas of risk and prioritize to
close sales consistent with sales cycle normsExecuting commercial
strategy and sales of NielsenIQ's Omni solutions as part of client
contract renewals, RFPs, and client acquisition. Achieving sales
and strategic objectives by clearly articulating NielsenIQ's value
proposition and use cases to manufacturer's decision makers
specific to the product portfolio of responsibilityBuilding
meaningful client relationships with client stakeholders and
teamsRepresenting the voice of the customer to internal product
development, product marketing, communications and delivery teams
Working collaboratively with other product sales leads & cross
functional partners Ability to weave client specific insights,
industry material and thought leadership information into client
conversations to build context and clarity to the outcomes our
solutions can deliverOwn cross functional relationships and be a
subject matter expert for your accounts and partners in a
fast-paced environmentQualificationsA little bit about you Do you

high standards?Qualifications6-8 years' experience in a relevant
industry (FMCG, Retail, Consulting, Sales)Previous experience
working in the areas of panel, e-commerce, omni offerings
preferred. CPG sales background preferred. Demonstrated success in
achieving sales resultsExperienced in scoping and developing
proposals, and negotiation strategiesExcellent sales pipeline
management skills with a track record of predictability and
consistency Proficient in Microsoft Office softwareFamiliarity with
NielsenIQ tools, applications and platforms a plus Additional
