San Jose, San Francisco, Lehi (local candidates only)The Opportunity:The Sales Strategy & Operations professional will support a the Digital Media and Mid-market Strategy and Operations team in a high-performing, Global Sales Technology Organization. This person will work closely with sales leaders, sales & marketing operations and our development team to accelerate the performance of a world-class revenue organization, with focus on Salesforce CRM optimization.Duties:In this role, your duties will include maintaining and innovating on the Salesforce CRM platform to enable our sales teams to be efficient and effective.Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and processes. Partner with Salesforce Admin team to inform and define roles, profiles, permission sets and workflows. Manage and document rules of engagement and lead routing. Help drive user adoption and best practices to further the long-term success of the tool. Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data. Maintaining and build custom reports and dashboardsu200b. Create and document Global SFDC workflows & processes, support new releases and UAT. Work closely with sales, sales ops and sales leadership to define requirements and provide support and training: understand administrative needs, resolve issues and meet business requirementsu200b. Maintain and advise on selection of 3rd party technologies to improve sales productivity within the CRM platform.Requirements:To ensure success you should possess strong stakeholder management skills, ability to foster strong business relationships, influence change, collaborate and drive accountability with business leads and stakeholders.Desire to continue learning additional systems and platforms. Ability to work well with ambiguity, solve problems, and think on your feetu200b. Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reportsu200b. Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user supportu200b. The ability to communicate and provide complex solutions in a consumable way to non-technical peers and users3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environmentu200b.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceSFDC Admin, Gainsight Admin or MS Dynamics experience a plus
