We need passionate, hard-working and creative people to help us seek some of these rare opportunities.NVIDIA is looking for a highly motivated Regional Industry Sales Director focused on the Retail industry segment to join its dynamic and fast-paced organization. The RISD will be responsible for driving customer demand for NVIDIAs software and hardware products enabling Accelerated Computing and Artificial Intelligence in the assigned industry segment. This role requires precise and skillful collaboration across the NVIDIA platform, the developer community, and the network of partners to accelerate identification and deployment of industry specific use cases to enable our customers to save money and make money!What you will be doing:* You are going to work directly with end customers, NVIDIA channel partners, and the extended sales team to achieve and exceed growth targets.* This position will focus on the Retail industry segment across the United States.* You will take ownership of the forecasting/demand generation for NVIDIA enterprise hardware and software products in designated accounts* Work across developer, product teams, and lighthouse accounts to drive new use cases in the given industry segment.* Work with the NVIDIA account management teams to accelerate growth in enterprise and identify NVIDIA customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.* Establish and develop NVIDIA relationship with key CXOs, decision makers across the Enterprise.* Lead the US team of Retail Account Managers and execute to key regional targets and KOs.What we need to see:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* 14+ years of sales experience within US enterprise with 10+ years of managing a team.* Consistent track record leading significant revenue responsibility, software/hardware sales and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals.* Understanding a broad range of NVIDIA technologies and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the product portfolio or GTM strategy.* A deep understanding of go-to-market strategies including account segmentation, products, marketing strategies, complex sales processes and channel sales.Ways to stand out from the crowd:* Understanding of on-premises and public cloud platforms for Artificial Intelligence and Accelerated Computing.* Strong network/experience in Retail.* Experience working with developer communities and network partners to identify and deploy industry specific use cases to drive incremental usage of NVIDIA technology.* Experience of building cross-functional internal teams to respond to customer requirements.* Have a background in software & hardware sales.NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
