Job Description:
Immediate need for a sales support representative seeking a fast
paced, professional environment. Duties will include but are not
limited to:
* taking incoming customer calls for taking incoming orders and
order status
* checking current stock and quoting pricing
* assist sales team by entering customer and order information
* investigate order discrepancies
* enter web orders
* communicating with shipping suppliers, vendors and warehouse
staff.
* processing RMA's and follow-up
* performing simple math to calculate quotes and take simple
measurements
