If you are motivated by delivering happiness, come join us at ZoomZoom is seeking a Senior Global Sales Operations Strategy Manager (---Global Strategy Role---) to work as a trusted advisor to the International Sales Leader, who is leading Zooms rapid global expansion efforts. The Global Strategy Role plays a critical role to international sales teams by partnering with global sales leadership and finance to refine our GTM strategy, territory design, sales process, KPI framework, and revenue programs to exceed our goals. This person will have a depth of experience in high growth SAAS markets outside the US, specifically for EMEA, JAPAC or both. This is a strategic thinking role, balanced with being comfortable with hands on finessing of data by working through specific data driver deliverables, while at the same time analyzing and providing insights on opportunity/risk levels. In short, we are looking for a highly experienced specialized generalist in global sales strategy and operations. ResponsibilitiesDetermine market entry evaluation and capacity planning as Zoom enters new marketsDetermine go-to-market approaches and conduct regular business and resource planning at a proper paceDefine, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) across a range of selling segments: direct, indirect, SMB, Enterprise, etc. ---Act as a representative and stand in for the International Sales Leader at key management meetings including Executive Staff, Executive Forecast and Global Sales Leadership meetingsFor markets that Zoom has entered provide elasticity for direct an indirect sales models and provide guidance on where strong and where improvement is needed Ability to track and report on executive level progress on all international readiness requirements across the business for all P1, P2 and P3 countriesConduct scoping of projects with stakeholders to understand business requirements, level of effort, owners, and timelinesPlan and implement projects for account and territory selection in order to optimize the sales team for next year planningOversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teamsSupport executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables for board materials, QBRs, and morePartner with global sales enablement with an eye towards reducing ramp times of new reps and tracking impact on productivity/headcountDrive operational efficiencies by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale as the business expands globallyFamiliarity with global sales tools that are not necessarily located in the USRequirements10-15 years of work experience in Global Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations10 years--- experience with SaaS, B2B, multi-product and technical sales business models, with a preference to high growth companies.
