Job DescriptionThe Director of Premium Services, SAP Center, is
responsible for planning and leading the entire premium & catering
operation at the account. The Director of Premium will be
responsible for the Premium & Catering teams, planning, and
completing catering orders, Suites orders and special events.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for the budgets and
financial goals of the department. COMPENSATION:The salary range
for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000? depending on
circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications,
certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market
data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may
include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position).This
is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of
compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired,
employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the
right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary
payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON,
including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual
performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and
market factors. Job Responsibilities??? ?Coordinate total catering
operations to include duties such as executing Event day/Game day
Premium Services operations, supervising teams, developing,
selecting, and costing menus, pricing, hiring, and departmental
administration ??? ?Maintain the Department structure through
execution of daily, weekly and monthly meetings pertinent to all
operational aspects of the Premium Services, including but not
limited to Event/Game day meeting, event order meetings, catering
meetings, Suite order meetings, schedule review, POS provider
meetings, et al. ??? ?Drive the and maintain Client relationship
through weekly meetings and collaborative proactive communication
??? ?Support, groom and mentor the team to advance company?s talent
development efforts ??? ?Be responsible for all aspects of
preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations
??? ?Develop and implement catering solutions to meet customers?
needs ??? ?Develop and maintain effective client and customer
rapport ??? ?Establish and implement service and presentation
standards for all Premium Services operations, implement processes
to ensure compliance and consistency ??? ?Implement new services to
support base business growth and client retentions ??? ?Stay ahead
of and advise clients, customers and staff on current catering
trends and products ??? ?Facilitate the delivery of prepared food
built from banquet event orders ??? ?Participate in event
processing and negotiations of contracts and assist clients in
planning special events ??? ?Train and lead catering employees to
ensure catering standards are followed ??? ?Responsible for setting
and delivering sales, food, and labor targets ??? ?Responsible for
execution of catering events of varied size and scope including
staffing and management ??? ?Responsible for components accounting
functions including accurate reporting of all catering related
revenue, expenses, and receivables ??? ?Ensure compliance with all
food, occupational and environmental safety policies This job

?Requires at least 4 years of experience ??? ?Requires at least 1-3
years of experience in a management role ??? ?Previous experience
in events and catering required ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
experience required ??? ?Strong communication skills ??? ?Available
to work event-based hours ??? ?Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol
