projectsJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced Permanent Project Manager / Estimator to join our team
in the construction industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on,
detail-oriented professional who is passionate about the
construction industry and is eager to take on new challenges. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of
construction projects, from initial concept to completion, with a
focus on fencing and bollards. They will also be in charge of
preparing estimates and bids, as well as interpreting and working
from drawings. This position requires someone who can handle
multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under
pressure.Responsibilities:1. Oversee all aspects of construction
project management, including planning, coordination, and
execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within
scope, and within budget.2. Prepare detailed cost estimates and
bids for construction projects, taking into account materials,
labor, equipment, and time requirements.3. Interpret and work from
construction drawings, blueprints, and design plans.4. Coordinate
and supervise the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring
quality control and compliance with project specifications.5.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any
issues or challenges that arise.6. Prepare and present project
updates and progress reports to stakeholders.7. Collaborate with
architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to
ensure project success.8. Implement and enforce health and safety
protocols on the construction site.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 2
years of experience in project management and estimation in the
construction industry, specifically with fencing and bollards.2.
Proven experience preparing detailed estimates and bids for
construction projects.3. Ability to interpret and work from
construction drawings, blueprints, and design plans.4. Strong
project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.6.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and
address challenges proactively.7. Knowledge of construction health
and safety regulations.8. Proficiency in construction project
management software.9. A degree in construction management,
