This is a non-exempt position and reports to the Service Team Manager.Responsibilities May Include:

• Create POs in the system in response to verified purchase requests from field personnel, dispatch and inside sales
• Detail PO line items
• Maintain timely direct communication with field personnel, dispatch and prebilling
• Verify appropriate parts and materials
• Issue POs/ material orders to vendors and sub-contractors
• Monitor order status and maintain that information in the system for department visibility
• Dispatch drivers to will call local materials
• Communicate to dispatch and field upon receipt of WO materials
• Prebilling preparation for accounting
• Research parts and material prices for billing
• Escalate any procurement delays to requestor for resolution
• Backup on phones for overflow calls
• Assist with prebilling process as neededQualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 2+ years hands on customer service experience
  • Proficient on MS Office Suite
