As a Business Systems Analyst, you're expected and empowered to be
your best, to grow and develop your skills. Be prepared to move
quickly, to engage proactively, and to think strategically. As a
business system analyst, you will play a key role in working with
our Product Managers and business stakeholders to build and
implement products to support our strategic goals. The successful
candidate is one who can effectively elicit business requirements
and translate them into stories for development, seeing them
through the development lifecycle. You'll be responsible for
documenting requirements, process flows, and other artifacts
related to the product. -
Our Analysts understand business problems and recommend solutions
which align with organizational goals and must be able to
manipulate, analyze, and interpret data using SQL, Excel, and
Tableau.

City Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado,
Connecticut, Nevada, Washington or New York City residents is
$67,800 to $133,100. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such
as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition
programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits
are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when
