Owner, you'll design processes and project implementations and
diagnose process improvement opportunities as you develop
innovative solutions that will affect millions. If that sounds

In this role you will represent the voice of the business by
performing research, design, and development, translating complex
business requirements into actionable features, user stories and
changes/updates to the Government Operations application suite.
This is a cross-functional liaison role that reviews requirements
and performance against expectations and coordinates/facilitates or
influences changes to product to achieve optimal performance. You
will work with internal and external business partners to recommend
future direction, respond to inquiries, and ensure alignment to
business goals.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within
the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
While you're busy helping us change the landscape of health care,
you've got to be able to quickly adapt to change in a fluid
environment. It's all about quality reporting, analysis and audits
and developing plans and programs to support continuous quality
improvement. You'll also be challenged to gain buy-in from multiple
stakeholders before presenting solutions to senior leadership

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California,
Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or Washington
residents is $67,800 to $133,100. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
