Pay is dependent on level of experiencePrior experience in a CNC machine shop is requiredPurchasing Specialist with knowledge of CNC Machining, materials, tooling, and hardware.Quote and create purchase orders for raw materials, hardware, and toolingQuote and coordinate outside processes with our vendors (ex: plating, painting, and other chem processes, etc.)Understand and communicate specifications to vendorsInterpret drawings, identify processes and understand -the general scope of workCreate travelers, release, schedule, and coordinate jobsEnsure product quality requirements are metCreate non-conformance paperworkFile, organize, and upload documents associated with purchasing such as certificates and data packagesAbility to multitask and interact with multiple departmentsSupport/Aid Shipping & Receiving, as well as the quality department, with the following tasks:Schedule shipments, pickups, or coordinate deliveries with our driverReceive orders as they come in.Quality checkAssist other employees with placing orders for materials, tools, and suppliesYou should be proficient in:

  • GD&T
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Quality Inspection Experience
  • ISO 9001 Certification Experience
  • Scheduling Experience
  • Quality Control Data Analysis
  • Budgeting / Forecasting Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in a Manufacturing EnvironmentMachines & technologies you'll use:
    • CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
    • CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Haas)Salary info:$42 - $47 / hr
