SummaryWe are looking for Quality Assurance/Quality Control Technician who will monitor and apply Quality disciplines to ensure everyone is complying to our company policies or procedures. This position responsibilities includes inspections, document creation and management while driving continuous improvements within our Production processes.Essential functionsCollaborating with other departments to deal with Quality issues that may arise.Coordinate with internal team to track, process, and drive internal or external RMA for assigned customers until closure.Engage and collaborate with suppliers to drive nonconformance quality issuesPerform receiving inspection, in line/ outgoing inspection and first article inspection for assigned customers.Ensure Quality system compliance, track and create quality reports to customers.Facilitating meetings with stakeholders; utilize leadership to gain resolution.Chart, evaluate, and report data for quality system metrics.Assist in creating, updating, and managing documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.Interface with manufacturing, Shipping & Receiving, and Procurement on process discrepancies that arise.Process Deviations/ECRs/ECOsSupport the CAPA programThis position will entail broad range of activities such as creation of SOPs/procedures, change control review, conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and training.
