Senior Construction Manager will be a critical member of the AMPLY
team responsible for setting procedures for delivering EV
construction projects. As the Senior Construction Manager, you will
build highly robust and fault-tolerant EV fleet charging
facilities. You will create performance metrics to track success.
You will be responsible for collaborating with local electric
utilities and EPC contractors during project execution. The Senior
Construction Manager will be accountable for leading capital and
maintenance budgets for AMPLY projects. **Country:** United States

**Job Advert:** **Key Accountabilities:** **Construction
Development** + Lead subcontractor relationships, vendor
relationships, partner relationships + Templatize processes for
turn-key installations for repeatability and efficiency + Review
project proposals with Sales and Engineering prior to customer
submittal + Preform due diligence site investigations advising
project feasibility, constructability, budget, and schedule for
development-stage projects + Review and detail pertinent AHJ and
Utility requirements + Estimate electrical and civil work to inform
proposals + Lead vendors to negotiate and control project scope and
costs + Develop efficient processes for construction closeout
procedures and documentation **Construction Management** + Review
and issue comments on construction documents ahead customer
reviews, permitting submissions, and construction activities + Lead
all aspects of onsite construction activities and support critical
achievements, onsite as required by project needs + Handle and
oversee subcontractors' construction activities, setting
responsibilities and expectations + Establish and enforce quality
control standards + Provide construction status updates, to all
internal and external partners + Support Project Management team
through critical construction milestones, addressing onsite
unforeseen issues through technical problem solving + Collaborate
with AHJ, Utility, and other critical stakeholders as required +
Identifying and mitigating construction risks, supporting control
of project schedule and budget **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor's
degree in electrical engineering, environmental science (preferred)
+ Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in construction management or
operations - preferably in solar, energy storage, EV charging, or
renewable energy industries + Must have expert knowledge of
utility, power systems/distribution, and commercial interconnection
conditions + Must have expertise in full life-cycle development of
distributed scale energy related projects + Ability to complete
multiple projects simultaneously and orchestrate new business
development opportunities + Knowledge of governmental mandates,
environmental regulations or customer/market signals that impact or
facilitate new development of EV charging commercial projects in
