network bandwidth.RoleCredo Semiconductor is currently seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst to become part of the FP&A team. This
role will collaborate with the worldwide business groups in
managing expenditure and providing data analytics to identify areas
of risk and opportunity in spending within
budget.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for financial storytelling in
monthly, quarterly, and annual OPEX reporting packages, including
forecast/budget-vs-actual and trend analysis, while identifying
drivers, variances, and areas of improvementResponsible for monthly
and quarterly close processes related to reserves and accruals
against OPEX budgetsCollaborate on key OPEX forecast assumptions,
deliverables, and timelinesContinuously work on development and
improvement of financial tools and dashboardsPerform ad hoc
business analyses and financial modelingBecome the go-to expert in
a matrixed company's operations and how operational actions
translate into financial outcomes. This will include business
partnering with cross functional teamsIdentifies opportunities for
process improvement and policy development and engages in the
design.Qualifications & Work ExperienceBachelor's degree Finance,
Accounting, or related field4-6 years of related FP&A working
experiencesExperience working with business partners located
globally, is a plusExcel power user, Strong proficiency with
Planful (Host Analytics), NetSuite or other relevant systems.
Database relationship structure knowledge highly recommendedTrack
record in managing large datasets and the ability to tackle complex
issues using financial models and quantitative analysisAttention to
detail and accuracy; Capable of managing multiple tasks while
adhering to firm deadlinesA passion for problem-solving,
identifying trends and turning confusion into comprehension
