**How will you make an impact?**

You will perform a wide variety of product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies to make crucial laboratory equipment and medical devices. You will work safely and ensure the best quality products within specified lead times. You will engage with your colleagues to troubleshoot problems and drive continuous improvement in the factory.

+ Assemble electro and mechanical subassemblies to drawings, BOMs and work instructions to meet quality and efficiency standards.

+ Work with cross-functional team to identify quality issues and make recommendations for improvement.

+ Assist in engineering and manufacturing pilot builds and make recommendation for production work flow.

+ Perform transactions on corporate computer inventory control system.

**How will you get here?**

**Education**

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Experience**

+ Must be able to communicate information with others, and read/speak/write English.

+ Basic problem solving skills and organizational skills.

+ Proficient with basic assembly tools such as wrenches, screw drivers, torque tools...etc.

+ Follow written procedures (SOP's) and pay attention to details and quality minded.

+ Requires assembly skills of electronic assemblies (i.e., inspection, documentation and part number interpretation, wire crimping, and basic hand tool usage).

+ Ability to work independently. Ability to take ownership for general processes/products.

+ Must have basic understanding of the Manufacturing Work Order and Inventory Control Systems.

+ Understand clean room environment.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**

+ Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions.

+ Standing, bending, reaching and handling bulky parts is common to the job. Frequently lifts up to 35 pounds.
