Infosys's Domain Consulting Group is seeking a Business Analyst - Order Management. As a Business Analyst you have to Understand, Analyze and prepare various user stories as per requirements wrt CCW/SFDC (Pricing, Config, Quoting, Order, Sub-UI) and MDM tools enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of prior experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Consulting
* Must have 5+ Years of relevant experience in Cisco Commerce workspace, SFDC admin,
* Must have experience in various modules in Order Management such as Pricing, Config, Quoting, Ordering, Sub-UI and other MDM tools.
* Must have experience in Bill of Materials and Renewal process.
* Must have experience in Sales quoting tool.
* Good logical reasoning skills
* Good in writing user stories
* Experience doing UAT, BAT
* Help Map the User Journey, What Systems to map the user Journey,
* Documents/tools used to map the user journey
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Perform Requirement Analysis, review current Business Process and suggest areas of improvement
* Sound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologies
* Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, End users and IT teams
* Perform User Acceptance Testing, create End to End test plans for successful project delivery
* Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
* Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by the development teams
* Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
* Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
* Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
* Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.
