Work You'll Do

Ecosystems & Alliances is looking for a Consultant to focus on Operating Data & Reporting for the E&A Reporting & Insights team. This role will work closely with E&A leadership, Deloitte business leaders, and Alliance teams by providing reports, analyses, and insights on alliance-related sales and pipeline performance. This role is instrumental in the management of CRM tools for E&A and using data and insights to aid leadership in demand and supply decisions across Deloitte.

CRM Management

  • Understand, employ, and enhance Deloitte CRM tools to support E&A-related business and reporting needs
  • Enforce CRM guidance and associated policies
  • Maintain E&A aspects of CRM tools including Alliance partner, product, non-alliance relationships, assets, client set-up/account management, and other reporting field updates
  • Manage all access requests, licenses, alliance profile set up, expanded access, and aAlliance Tableau CRM
  • Track CRM use. Promote CRM data hygiene and user adoption
  • Create and implement Alliance-focused Mercury training materials
  • Communicate Mercury updates/changes to team
  • Will play a key role in the training and user adoption of new CRM Jupiter platform
    Reporting and Analytics
    • Serve as a key E&A resource for CRM reporting, report templates, dashboard design and creation
    • Grow the analytics and insights capabilities within E&A
    • Inform, enable, and implement continuous improvements in standardized reporting and analytics
    • Analyze period sales; create Alliance Sales Plan vs. Actual Report for leadership
    • Perform user acceptance testing of CRM enhancements and updates
      People Management
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Alliance Sales and Pipeline Analytics Reporting
      • Conduct CRM training for Alliance team members (Group sessions and one-on-one training)
      • Coordinate and execute E&A CRM report and dashboard requests
      • Provide inputs on how to address the evolving demands of E&A Management Reporting

        The E&A Reporting & Insights Consultant will possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are essential given that the position will have significant interaction with areas across the Firm as well as Deloitte's leadership. Specific qualifications include:
        • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to drive insights from data
        • Exposure and experience using Deloitte CRM tools either in client service or internal facing roles
        • Proven track record engaging and coordinating with senior level constituents
        • Sound judgement in complex situations
        • Strong communication skills
        • Meticulous attention to detail and focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables)
        • Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the firm, including leadership
        • Team player with a "customer focused" mentality
        • Successful operating in an unstructured environment
        • Ability to coordinate across many constituents
        • Ability to meet tight deadlines
        • Ability to conduct detailed analyses while maintaining a big picture perspective
          • Alliance management experience or equivalent experience working with vendors
          • Client service experience with a System Integrator such as Deloitte
          • Advanced experience with Excel and Tableau
            Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at anytime in the future.
