Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture -the
others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Linguistics Analyst- Text to Speech (TTS) Hindi is responsible
for improving TTS quality in the language of expertise. These
language experts' responsibilities include:
- Curate phonetic data audio
- Work on annotation and data modeling for TTS - audio related
tools / data models
- Make informed judgements of quality
- Improve aspects of the pipeline (text normalization,
pronunciation prediction, etc.)
- Know what we don't know such as: preemptively identify problems
specific to a new language, design test sets to illustrate these
problems and potentially help design solutions to those
- Undergraduate Degree in Linguistics OR minimum of 2 years of
experience with International Phonetic Alphabet
- Bilingual (Hindi & English)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience with Command Line / Linux
In the context of this role, individuals will be exposed to
potentially disturbing content, and will need a level of resilience

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,
Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles
that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by
a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set,
level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of
Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $59,500 -
$88,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
