will be available on mobile smartphones, iOS and Android tablet
devices, followed by implementation of a highly sophisticated and
scalable SaaS platform.
Our Asset Group seeks a PMO Analyst to join our asset team and help
us continue to set the standard for business applications used by
Deloitte Human Capital clients and practitioners. This role will
take ownership of key PMO activities within an existing product
line and help develop new products. This person will be expected to
work closely with management and other workstreams owners
Additional Responsibilities
The PMO Analyst will be responsible for the following
tasks:
- Monitor, track and report out on all aspects of a
multi-disciplinary project including workstreams for technology,
sales, marketing, operations, finance amongst others
- Create and manage templates for project status to working teams
and management
- Conduct operational review meetings with team members to ensure
they are operating according to the project plan
- Report out on risks and exceptions to senior leaders
- Work closely with operating teams to assess functional
performance and risks
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of PMO experience managing large teams working on
different but interconnected aspects of a project, building
sustainable processes, and supporting program coordination
- 2+ yrs experience prioritizing multiple projects and
initiatives at the same time
- 2+ yrs experience with traditional Project Management systems,
tools, and techniques (such as JIRA and Confluence)
- 2+ yrs experience communicating (presenting, scheduling,
written documentation) with technical and non-technical teams
- 2+ yrs experience with Microsoft Office applications and Web
applications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without
the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the
future.
- Travel up to 15% (While up to 15% travel is a requirement of
the role, non-essential travel has been suspended until further
notice.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
Information Technology with previous engineering/software
development background
- Experience managing Agile projects using JIRA and
Confluence
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Ability to identify and communicate dependencies across
teams
- Project and Agile Management Certifications
- Excellent written and presentation skills, and a strong
attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple
priorities
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, virtual environment,
providing and accepting continuous feedback and support
- The ability to understand and deal well with rapid development
cycles and to remain flexible in the face of uncertainty
- Experience managing trade-offs given specific constraints
- An understanding of software development life cycle and best
practices
- Strong sense of ownership and passion for technology
