We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!As a member of the Professional Services (PS) Business Operations team, the PS Revenue Operations manager will be responsible for enabling excellence and efficiency at scale by partnering closely with Professional Services Delivery Leadership team in the Americas to identify, codify, and operationalize best practices and improvements that will allow the business to succeed. - The PS Revenue Operations Manager will analyze and design business processes, as well as recommend and implement improvements. This individual is also expected to build partnerships with Revenue Forecasting Leaders by providing operational, and data insight expertise. The PS Revenue Operations Manager must have the ability to drill into revenue details but also be able to present to Executives. By driving change, this individual will support the Professional Services business in achieving its revenue targets and optimizing for efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose business-critical pain points and inefficiencies; identify the best opportunities to drive improvement in both the customer experience and employee productivity. - Additionally, the Americas PS Delivery leadership team will also identify its most important pain points and opportunities for improvement.Leverage global reporting, analysis, and business modeling to translate data into insights to proactively drive action.Develop solutions and recommendations to drive business improvements, including all details required to operationalize and sustain the change as part of regular running of the business.Effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders to influence critical business decisions that maximize global business performance.Interact with and influence a broad range of business stakeholders including those outside of the Americas Professional Services group.Plan and execute the roll out of the change, including:Creation and execution of test plans for new processesMonitoring and reporting on adoptionDevelopment and maintenance of end user documentation related to business process or system changesAll change management activities including communication and training as needed to support end users through business process or system changesWhat you need to be successful in this roleYou are a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge. You are relentless in identifying underlying systematic issues and clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high level direction.Gracefully manage multiple, concurrent programs and are able to effectively balance time between critical short-term issues and longer term strategic goals.Understand the details on how people, data, tools and systems are leveraged as part of an orchestrated process to achieve business outcomes, while being rooted in the customer experienceAbility to effectively communicate processes through visuals at all levels of the organization including both business leaders and technical teamsBe engaged with the stakeholders to ensure real time context of evolving business conditionsEstablish and maintain cross-team relationships and partnerships, including alignment wherever possible with other regionsAbility to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert, within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.Maniacal attention to details, balanced with the ability to simplify the complex and distill a lot of information down to the essentialsRequirements10 years of relevant work experience, ideally in software, SaaS and/or related industryMinimum of 2 years previous experience working in a Professional Services / Consulting capacity or in a Professional Services operations roleBachelors or equivalent a mustExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences as well as communicate as effectively to individual contributors as you do with executivesDemonstrated experience presenting and advocating programs to customers and/or internal key stakeholders at an executive levelStrong technical acumen is a must, through either previous technical roles or hands-on experience with data, systems, tools and technologySummaryLocation: San JoseType: Full time
