Learning & Certifications - Business Ops Analyst What You'll Do Cisco's CX Learning & Certifications organisation (L&C) is looking for a business operations analyst to focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Analytics, Business Insights and Experience Operations group, you will be part of a team responsible for creating performance visibility across all facets of the learning business and drive quality execution and improvement using data and evidence-based insights. Our goal is to drive a customer-centric approach to every interaction L&C has with its learners, customers and partners and ensure we're striving toward delivering the most meaningful experiences end to end that enables their success. Your Responsibilities * Design and build an end to end business performance dashboard covering all major operations of the Learning business using data and evidence-based approach * Support a multi-phased data-driven analytics and insights reporting strategy that ties together the information related to our customers/partners, internal stakeholders and all of our operational activities that support the business * Help build a customer-centric metric framework that can be used to define new operational KPIs, customer satisfaction and business impact * Work with teams across the organisation to track and monitor against key priorities and business goals and map appropriate measures to report effectiveness, trend progress and investigate any gaps/issues that require action * Work with compliance teams to identify critical activities requiring on-going monitoring and improvement and ensure it's reflected in the operational dashboard * Support on-going operations reviews, bringing timely insights and ops data that enables the business to drive a sustainable level of quality execution and key outcomes * Execute sustainable communications and on-going engagement across the organisation and cross-functional stakeholders * Support direct customer and partner research activities on a per-needed basis, gaining increased exposure and empathy to key Learning activities and our stakeholders * Encourage adoption and utilization of customer experience methodologies by the organisation as part of their improvement initiatives to address pervasive issues, inefficiencies or business transformation efforts * Work across the organisation to develop and implement a governance model, any new processes or policies to manage the overall operations of the learning businessStrong process analysis and modeling skills, along with a demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives through business process integrations, successfully converting business strategy into objectives and measurable results Who You Are * You love execution, highly analytical and love working with data and information. * You have solid experience and skills navigating through complex operational activities, understand the intent of the business and have demonstrated strong ability to collaborate for success . * You are customer-centric, love using data and using the power of story telling to influence and drive change. * You have experience with various BI tools and applications such as Tableau (and similar apps) as well as proficiency in managing large sets of data via Excel, Access etc. * You are operationally minded, agile, comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in creating the new and able to stay the course to drive to outcomes. Your strong facilitation and interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively in a matrix environment. * You have strong understanding of Cisco's business and its customers/partners.
