Job Description:

Our industry-leading client in San Jose is seeking a Xactly Systems Consultant to help test new compensation plans in Xactly Incent.Responsibilities of the Xactly Systems Consultant:

• Help with commission system configuration year-over-year changes and UAT testing
• Create and execute test scripts; manage the testing of any system changes or enhancements before production release Requirements of the Xactly Systems Consultant:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology System Administrator or related field of study
  • At least 3 years of sales comp administration experience
  • At least 2 years of reporting/analytics experience
  • Experience with Xactly Incent or similar incentive compensation management application
  • Experience with and working knowledge of sales compensation process and analysis
  • Solid experience working with systems, process improvements, and automation
  • Experience writing testing scripts and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Strong analytical background preferred
