Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to treatment to children with autism in their natural setting, such as in their home, school, or community Teach children with autism how to talk, play, make friends, and function more independently, while helping redirect challenging behaviors Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings to report child's progress and get specific feedback from the supervisor Collect, organize and summarize behavioral data on each child's treatment goals Work with families to support their child's progress Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required Some college. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus! Past experience working with children, especially children with autism is preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Reliable Transportation required Monday-Friday availability preferred This position requires you to be onsite, whether in the office, in-home or school setting.
