Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical
experience. 10 years of experience in program management. 10 years
of experience within infrastructure or networking domains.
Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience leading
cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational impact.
Experience leading change management and maintaining program
velocity during shifting priorities. Ability to develop business
cases and translate high-level strategy into multi-year technical
roadmaps. Ability to leverage AI to improve the efficiency and
scalability of global program management. Ability to build
consensus to influence executive outcomes without direct authority.

at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex,
multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with
stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project
schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your
team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are
discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with
engineers. As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Network
Capacity Infrastructure (NCI) team, you will direct program
strategy and lead teams to deliver business, operational, and
technical improvements. You will be responsible for motivating
teams behind strategic ideas and navigating pivots to retain
stakeholder trust. The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining

full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Lead strategic planning frameworks for portfolios,
translating high-level organizational initiatives into detailed
execution plans while influencing critical resourcing decisions.
Navigate ambiguity to drive cross-functional programs involving
stakeholders across multiple teams and product areas. Manage
cross-functional relationships to align on outcomes, influence
without authority, and build trusting alliances with executive
leadership. Establish and optimize portfolio management systems
that drive global operational consistency and measurably support
the organization’s return on effort. Structure problems and conduct
research to develop business cases and recommendations for senior
leadership.
