Job Description:
Immediate need for bilingual customer support specialist for a
solid high tech company. This is a temporary position that may go
five months or longer. This high tech leader is seeking a solid
performer to do the following: Order entry and maintenance. Provide
shipment release. Customer order and delivery management. Daily
logistics support and follow-ups. Account coordination and
execution of daily operations and problem solving. Customer
relationship and partnership development. Customer visit and
quarterly business review. Disposition management. Customer Support
Specialist group projects involvement and participation. Successful
candidate should has solid Excel skills and ability to quickly
learn new software as well as ability to work overtime. If you're
