Opportunity
- As a data scientist within the Adobe.com organization, you will
be a core part of the data science and analytics team, driving
analytics-based insights that enable engaging experiences for our
Creative Cloud customers, and bring users to experience core
product value quickly across the Creative Cloud business.
- We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about deriving
impactful customer insights from large datasets, through
descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics
techniques.
- The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong
analytical and technical skills, along with the ability to work
with multi-functional teams, and the curiosity and ability to
influence data-driven decision making by key partners.What you'll
Do
- Drive analytics for revenue and engagement programs and A/b
tests through analyzing results and communicating insights.
- Partner with product managers to understand product/customer
behavior and features, and use insights generated to make
recommendations to improve customer experience and engagement.
- Be a specialist of stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy
data across various data sources.
- Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better
understand customer behavior.
- Build reporting frameworks / resources that enable partners to
self-serve information.
- Partner with teams including product analytics, Go-To-Market
and Campaign.What you need to succeed
- MS / PhD degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science,
Statistics, or related quantitative field, or a Bachelor's degree
or equivalent in a similar field with relevant practical
experience
- Strong skills in a data science/analytics role with a proven
track record of success
- Experience in hypothesis testing and A/b test analytics
- Expertise in working with large data sets using Hive/SQL
- Hands-on experience working with platforms like Databricks
- Expertise in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using
Tableau / PowerBI or other dashboarding tool
- Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple
data sources.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to synthesize large scale data sets to generate a clear
story and impactful insights
- A curious mind, passion, and motivation to learn new skills,
tools, and analytics techniques critical to tackle business

range for this positionis $107,900 -- $192,300 annually. Paywithin
this range varies by work locationand may also depend on
job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can

salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base +
commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales

eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity
