Head of Content Strategy & Brand with a strategic mindset, a

propel business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a
comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, business
customer segments, and market priorities. This role demands the
ability to synthesize diverse inputs and data into a global yet
regionally relevant marketing content strategy and brand messaging

- Lead the development and implementation of a global content
strategy to bolster marketing objectives and fuel business growth
within the business sector.
- Utilize market research and data analytics to gain insights
into the target audience, identify content opportunities, and
enhance content effectiveness for better engagement and lead
generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management,
Product Marketing, Corporate Brand, Communications, Design,
Web/DTX, Sales, Demand Generation, Global Marketing, and Customer
Success to ensure content synchronicity with strategic business
initiatives.
- Provide direction and mentorship to a team of content creators
and strategists, fostering an environment of high-quality content
production.
- Manage the entire content lifecycle, from concept to
distribution, which includes editorial planning, content creation
and editing, publishing, and monitoring content performance.
- Own overall voice on the Logitech website for the Logitech for
Business.
- Manage content strategists/writers and agencies to deliver
top-tier content.
- Create and maintain a diverse content portfolio across multiple
formats and channels, including pitch decks, whitepapers, case
studies, blogs, video scripts, webinars, short and long-form
content, and social media, with a focus on the business
audience.
- Uphold content governance protocols to ensure brand
consistency, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate SEO
best practices into content creation for optimal organic reach and
online presence.
- Establish content KPIs, provide regular performance analyses to
stakeholders, and refine content strategies based on data-driven
insights.
- Keep pace with content marketing trends and technological
advancements to continuously advance our content strategy.
- Manage and be accountable for the content budget.
- Undertake additional tasks essential to the successful
execution of content initiatives as directed by executive
leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team to create
global content strategies that support the entire customer
lifecycle, from awareness to retention.
- Lead briefing sessions and contribute to the development of
content narratives for full-funnel marketing programs, ensuring
alignment with demand generation goals.
- Work with the Web and Product Marketing Management (PMM) teams
to optimize product pages for better demand generation, ensuring
they are engaging, informative, and conversion-friendly. Key
Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following
minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Proven high-level communication experience with a solid
background in content strategy and storytelling.
- Proven leadership in guiding a content team to achieve
outstanding outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate
complex strategies to various stakeholders..
- Advanced technological acumen, including familiarity with the
latest digital trends and content distribution channels.
- Analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive
research and turn insights into effective content strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as
InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop Preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or
a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a capacity to encourage
teamwork and handle projects within demanding timelines.
- Business-minded, with a dedication to enlarging the customer
base through compelling content.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an

salary typically between $ 166,400 - $ 266,200 depending on
location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher
compensation will be considered based on the business need,
