JOB SUMMARY

Answers and documents all help desk calls related to specific software applications for assigned areas. Provides end-user support for specific software applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers and documents all help desk calls related to specific software applications and computer hardware
  • Provides end-user support for specific software applications
  • May assist with some hardware issues
  • Builds and terminates new users related to specific software applications
  • Creates and updates user security access
  • Supervises servers and users to ensure that the systems are operational
  • Advises Information Technology Services of any operational problems.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

      Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

      California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Help Desk position is $45,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the Help Desk position is $50,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience
