Airport Tenant Improvement

Project: Airport Tenant Improvement
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: five year

The PM Services shall include coordination and oversight tasks, on behalf of the Airport, related to the tenant improvement pre-construction, implementation, construction and close-out for tenant improvement projects, including, but not limited to, the following:
1. New or remodel construction of retail tenant concession space.
2. New or remodel construction of restaurant tenant concession space.
3. New or remodel construction of airline tenant gate improvements, ticketing space, office space, and/or installation of support equipment.
4. New or remodel construction of rental car tenant concession space, office space and/or installation of support equipment.
5. New or remodel construction of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint, screening space, and installation of support equipment.
6. New or remodel construction of Federal Inspection Station (FIS) checkpoint, screening space, and installation of support equipment.
7. Installation of vendor supplied and supported equipment, such as kiosks, displays and electronic advertisement.
