The summer Internship program runs June through August, with flexible dates available, based on school schedules. The intern will support:The C&I Banking Group within the Bridge Bank division at Western Alliance Bank in San Jose, CA. The candidate will be working with growth companies across all industries. Our team focuses on the full banking relationship for target companies, including cash flow cycle management and working capital financing.What we are looking for: You may be a fit for the program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including:

• Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision
• An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industryCompensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $22.00 - $22.00 for San Jose, CA.
