The Patient Care Coordinator oversees the implementation of
standard work within the clinical setting of all integrated primary
care clinics. The Patient Care Coordinator is in charge of front
office standard work and works to help clinics to achieve clinical
excellence in patient care.
This is a telecommuting position, full-time (40 hours/week) Monday
- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to be
available during normal business and clinic hours of 8:00am -
5:30pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work
occasional overtime. This position requires 80% of clinic travel
and the other 20% will be spent working from home.
