You'll talk to prospective customers in the store and book appointments for a no cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. We'll take you through our paid training and proven marketing methodology to ensure your success! You'll follow up with feedback and info recaps with the team for next steps and earn a great wage, plus bonus and commissions.POSITION PURPOSEThe Brand Ambassador is responsible for marketing Renewal by Andersen window and door replacement services within retail and/or event locations. They work closely with their Design Consultant (Sales Representative) and marketing management team to generate quality leads and drive awareness of Renewal by Andersen in their designated store. The B.A. may need to attend store events, home shows, and other lead events. This is a flexible position that requires an outgoing personality to build rapport quickly and excellent customer service skills. This position offers various career growth opportunities within the company.Primary Responsibilities:-Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals-Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs-Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products-Gather information for appointment setting purposesQualifications: -Reliable Transportation (Required)-Must have a smartphone to use for text, email, photographs, and frequent communication/check in with manager -Must be capable of being on your feet for 4-6 hours -Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions-Outgoing Personality/ Ability to drive a conversation-Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required-Must be 18 years or olderCompensation and Benefits:-$20/hr., including bonus structure-Flexible part-time schedule (Thurs-Sun)To see what a day in the life of one of Renewal by Andersen's brand ambassadors, check out our video:If this sounds like an exciting challenge to you, apply now!
