We're looking for a top-notch search engineering leadership in the area of information retrieval, search indexing, Elasticsearch, Lucene, algorithms, relevance & ranking, data mining, machine learning, data analysis & metrics, query processing, multi-lingual search, and search UX. • Work on the Search algorithm, behavioral data processing, and ML rankers at scale
• Process Multimodal (Text, Image, video) content and enrich the content with state-of-the-art technologies like Large Language Models, Embeddings, and Transformers
• Apply data mining and machine learning to improve the ranking and recommendations as part of the search workflow
• Build a relevant platform to rank billions of images, documents, and other assets in real time. Maintain and optimize the search engine, identify new ideas to evolve it, develop new features, and benchmark possible solutions regarding search relevance, recommendations, user experience, performance, and feasibility
• Apply Whole page relevance by understanding the user's intent and Creative Knowledge Graph
• Build products using technologies such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Studio, Tensforflow, Pytorch, LLM, Elastic Search, REST web services, SQS/Kafka, HBase, Machine Learning, and more
• Masters degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or other relevant subject area highly preferred
• 8+ years relevant experience requiredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $141,100 -- $281,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
