Business Operations Manager supporting the strategic growth
initiatives pipeline of our Collectibles Focus Category. This
individual will be directly responsible for supporting the design,
development, and execution of the financial models, alignments, and
score carding necessary to drive the integration success of
new/recent category acquisitions and other large financial
investments. The Collectibles Focus Category has unique customer
problems to solve, and this role will play a critical role in
enabling customer satisfaction, topline sales, and category
profitability. If you are customer-focused, analytical, excel at

role requiring an agile professional with the ability to drive
strategy and dive into the details daily. Based in San Jose, CA,
you will partner closely with the General Managers across our
Collectibles Focus Category and report into the Director of
Strategy & Operations for Global Collectibles. Key
responsibilities:
- Be an inspiring financial leader for the Collectibles Focus
Category specific to strategic growth initiatives, including recent
acquisitions and financial investments, providing analytical and
practical insights from gross merchandise volume down to operating
margin, enabling greater profitability and faster/better decisions
related to those investments.
- Design new ways of working in realizing the full value of our
acquisition and investment synergies, helping to plan and measure
success of a given initiative.
- Partner and collaborate with General Managers across
Collectibles to identify and assist in the development of
analytical frameworks which evaluate monetization and cost
optimization opportunities specific to the strategic growth
initiatives.
- Support all financial planning, forecasting and reporting
processes including synergy score carding and dashboarding for the
strategic growth initiatives, including partnering with Analytics
to predict topline sales, analyzing and forecasting cost of sales
as well as category headcount and people cost.
- Work with global cross-functional teams and analysts on ad-hoc
business projects
- Perform deep functional-based analyses and provide
recommendations
- Govern and drive compliance and high-quality execution with
overall corporate finance timelines and processes, monitoring GAAP
compliance and strong financial control processes.
- Help establish best practices that could be scaled to other
Focus Categories, supporting stand-up of those best practices as
applicable Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience of increasing responsibility in finance
roles with a bias towards quantitative analysis around commercial
partnerships
- Experience with the M&A process, from strategy through
implementation, a plus.
- Strong Excel skills - candidate should be comfortable with and
competent in financial modeling and working with large amounts of
data; SAP experience a plus.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on
teamwork, initiative, and integrity
- Proven track record of working up and across the organization
to drive results across a highly matrixed environment. - Ability to
influence action as a senior individual contributor.
- Highly analytical, strategic, and diligent, with a commitment
to excellence and a passion for understanding the business.
- Bachelor's degree required, MS/MBA a plus

pay range for this position at commencement of employment in
California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$126,800 - $187,550 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple
individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include
other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units
(as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial,
and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various
paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of
participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an
employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will

modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or
compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to
