Job Description:

Our organization is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team of dedicated staff members. This is a full-time position that requires providing direct assistance to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. The successful individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, working cooperatively with team members and supporting the needs of students with special needs. We have a strong commitment to hire Direct Support Professionals who possess compassion and dedication, as well as an ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized supervision, care, and/or support services in a residential, community, or educational setting.
Provide support to people with disabilities when they are outside of their home.
Give people with disabilities their medications.
Provide care and support to people with disabilities by helping them with routine tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming or by administering psychotropic medications.
Help people with disabilities engage in recreational activities (e.g., reading).
Provide respite care for family members taking care of individuals with disabilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
