Job Description:

TEAMWRKX Construction currently has an opening for the position of Project Coordinator. The position is full time with multiple opportunities to learn and grow in the industry and within the company. Responsibilities

• Assists Project Team with all phases of commercial projects including bid documentation, execution of subcontracts, tracking submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, Change order requests and maintaining the progressive flow of the project by managing the paperwork
• Assists with setting up and attending job walks
• Attends weekly meetings and prepares accurate meeting minutes
• Assists Project Manager and Operations Manager with adhering to company processes and procedures, accurate and timely filing and assisting with general office administrative practices to keep workflow productive
• Assists Field Superintendents with project administration as needed Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive and balanced experience in all phases of commercial construction project support
  • Excellent knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office programs and working knowledge of SAGE
  • Ability to read architectural/engineering plans and specifications is a plus
  • Some basic knowledge of project estimating and scheduling
  • Must comply with the company policy of having a current valid driver's license and OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Excellent Time management skills and detail oriented.
