This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.What Youll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: 1.) being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience, 2.) serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafs for team members who have time off, and 3.) driver responsibilities, delivering equipment and food to Fooda sites.
• Gain competency with Foodas technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication?
• Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• Critical hours are over lunch (10 am 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm, depending on the market and needWho You Are:

  • Youre someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
  • Youre looking for a steady full-time Event Coordinator (between 30 - 35 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
