Skills
We are looking for an individual with high initiative, a strategic
approach, and customer experience strategy talent. Principal
Digital Strategist is a digital-native professional with experience
crafting and executing consumer experiences for Adobe customers.
This role will focus on driving Telecommunication digital
transformation strategy with an emphasis on leveraging complex
change management processes and technologies for the telco
industry.
* Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, withabilityto
engage and encourage senior executives via change management and
org design capabilities.
* Thought leader in the future of telecommunication , fourth
industrial revolution, and the future of marketing for large
Fortune 500 companies
* Comfortable focusing on one complex telecommunication customer,
operating across a matrixed organization, balancing leaders from
Adobe and the client.
* Lead and drive sophisticated cross-functional teams towards
clear, efficient, and accountable decision making and customer
value delivery.
* Regularly connect with telco customer to identify customer needs
and requirements. Synthesize findings into tests.
* Collaborating across multiple functional domains (Adobe and
customer) fluently and easily, and leading difficult conversations
to logical and objective conclusions with an action plan to move
forward.
* Evaluate measurement criteria to identify trends and drive
improvements in organizational performance,including:customer
happiness, operating efficiency, org design, operating models, and
change management delivery outputs
* Develop and implement tailored change management programs that
provide continued value to the customer, ensure renewals and drive
long-term account growth for broader telecommunication
customers.
* Evolve Adobe Customer Solutions capabilities to remain a relevant
offering and deliver customer value. Lead, coach, and mentor
Digital Performance Strategy team members highly skilled with telco
strategy into broadening into the "how does this get done"
(people/process).
Experience
* Must be based in Seattle and/or on client site 4 out of the 5
days of the week
* 7-10+ years' with digital strategy for a top management
consulting firm, top digital agency or top digital marketing
consultancy.
* 7+ years as a strategist focused on Telco industry and related
data services across America's largest programs and world famous
brandswithin the telco industry.
* 5+ years of experience leading customer success, relationship
management or management consulting organization with validated,
quantifiable experience delivering on significant business value,
large transformation activity or material portfolio of business
* Willingness to travel (amount will depend on your location and
industry specialization)
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S.
geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined
markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142,800 --
$282,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand
may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total
target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term
incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales
roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term
incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives
in the form of a new hire equity award.
