Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in managing the company products and other details of sales and service requests of the customers for technical support
• Manage qualification activities, issues, and escalations with Lexar's business customers
• Identify and drive Sales and Engineering activity in assigned accounts
• Lead periodical customer meeting to track customer qualification progress, issue and initiatives
• Hands on 1st level failure analysis to debug customer issue
• Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports
• Work hand-in-hand with Engineering and other cross-functional organizations to resolve issues and provide closure response to customer
• Project manage prototype manufacturing for customer R&D projects
• Interface between sales/engineering team and end customers
• Perform and design Lab tests to verify, characterize, and prevent failures of product in fields
• Lead and coordinate Engineering Change Notification and qualification activities
• Coordinate AVL and compatibility chart listing with PM and Engineering team
• You may be required to travel domestically and internationally Required Skills/Abilities:
• Demonstrated curiosity with strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data and make it actionable
• Interest in nonvolatile memory, hard disk drive, and the storage industry
• Capable of working through ambiguity
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Good listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to write concise, impactful communications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Positive attitude with strong collaboration skills, across teams and regions Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Test Engineer, Product Engineer, Applications Engineer, or related position
