  • Investigate accidents, incidents, disputes, and disturbances as assigned, in accordance with policy, and in conjunction with involved authorities
  • Audit routes and road conditions and recommends alternate routes to dispatch as appropriate
  • Maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Counsels and disciplines driver personnel
  • Update road failure and accident reports when applicable
  • Assist in relaying vehicle maintenance needs from drivers to Maintenance or vendors
    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
    
    
    • High School graduate
    • Minimum 5+-year experience managing a staff of ten or more
    • 1-2 years of logistics industry experience, preferred
    • Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills, required
    • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, required
    • 5+ years of transportation experience
    • 5+ years of administrative support experience
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Must be able to reliably commute to Sunnyvale, CA Schedule:
      
      • Monday- Friday
      • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
      • Must be available during off hours and weekends when needed.
        Salary:

          Position Overview:
          
          TheOperations Supervisoris responsible for providing effective utilization of drivers, equipment, and tools to maximize service and productivity while remaining compliant with state and federal regulations and company policies. Will also schedule and dispatch drivers to the appropriate locations and times around assigned commuter account while keeping constant communication with our drivers and management.

            • Must have reliable transportation Schedule:
              
              
              • Monday- Friday(Must be available on weekends) Salary:
                
                
                • $70,000- $85,000 (Depending on Experience) Benefits:
